Reschedule an Order

The following steps explain how to submit a request to reschedule an order.


  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.


  2. Click Orders in the administration menu on the left.


  3. Locate the order you want to reschedule. Click on the order and navigate to the Schedule tab.


  4. Modify the date, time, and technician assigned to the order. Then click Save.
