How To Scan An Item SKU

The following steps explain how to scan an item SKU.
- Login to the Carter App using your username and password.
- Click My Work Day in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the order you want to edit:
- Enter the order number into the Search bar
- Scroll through existing orders.
- Click on the desired order then click the View Order button at the bottom of the menu.
- Click on the ellipsis ••• menu and navigate to the Items tab.
- In the SKU# field click the Search Barcode Icon on the right to open the camera.
- Align the barcode of the item with the red line on the camera to scan.
Only users with appropriate account permissions can scan an item SKU. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
