Delete Items In An Order

The following steps explain how to delete order items. 

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click My Work Day in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Navigate the order you want to delete items from and click on the order.

  4. Navigate to the Items tab.

  5. To delete an item click on the item on the Order Items list and click Remove.

  6. Confirm you want to delete the item.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete items in an existing order. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
