View Special Requests

The following steps explain how to view special requests on existing orders.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click My Work Day in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the order you want to view special requests for and click on the order.
- Navigate to the Items tab.
- Any special requests will display in the Special Requests window.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may view special requests. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
