Edit Order Items

The following steps explain how to edit order items.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click My Work Day in the administration menu on the left.
- Navigate the order you want to edit order items in and click on the order.
- Navigate to the Items tab.
- Items can be edited from the Items tab.
- To add an item click on the +, search for the SKU, or scan the barcode and include the quantity.
- To delete an item click on the item on the Order Items list and click Remove.
- To add an item click on the +, search for the SKU, or scan the barcode and include the quantity.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may edit items in an existing order. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
