 Add Order Notes

The following steps explain how to add order notes:

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click My Work Day in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Locate the order you want to view and click on the order.

  4. Navigate to the Notes tab. Input your note in the text field at the bottom of the screen and click on the arrow to send.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may add order notes. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
