Add Order Notes
The following steps explain how to add notes to an order.
Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
Click on Orders in the administration menu on the left.
Locate the order and navigate to the Notes tab. Input a note in the message field then click the arrow to add it to the order. Then click Save & Continue.
