Known Issues

Below is a log of known issues that will be updated on an ongoing basis for all instances of Carter (Web, IOS, Android).

Carter Web 2.5.0

General

• Column sorting is a work in progress. (1508, 1167)
• When the page is refreshed it will load the Order page. (1009)

Order

• The completed item count in the current order status is not updating. (1034)
• Order Notes are not automatically updating, user must refresh page to update notes. (1022)

Product

• Product Category names are not taking up the full column width (1345)

Contacts

• Store address is not populating when updating an existing store contact. (1238)

Stores

• Users are able to create duplicate stores with the same address. (1139)

Carter Mobile 2.5.12

Order

• When taking a photo for an order, the user has to confirm the photo selection twice. (1605)
• In the Order Photos tab, newly captured photos are not showing up until the tab is refreshed. (1545)
• In the Summary tab, the timestamp for the manager signature is generated before the signature is given. (1523)
• Users are able to add an invalid phone number when adding a new store manager to an order. (1168)
• Order Notes are not automatically updating, user must refresh page to update notes. (1022)
