Product Management

This article explains the process of scanning and adding new products to Carter via the mobile app.

  1. In the hamburger menu at the top left corner of the screen, access Product Management.


  2. Press the + button to scan a new product SKU


  3. Add product information including the SKU (if available), Retailer, Manufacturer, Product Name, Photo, and Description. Then press Add.

  4. A confirmation message will appear once the product has been added for approval. If the product has already been added a message will display that it has already been added.

This message will display if the product already exists
