Leaving Your Home

The following steps explain how to leave your home while using the Carter mobile app.


  1. Once logged in, navigate to the administrative menu in the top-left of your screen. Then navigate to My Work Day.

  2. Click on the order you have acknowledged and are about to depart for. Acknowledged orders have a user icon with a checkmark beside them.


  3. Scroll down and press the I'm Leaving My House button.


  4. Once you have arrived at the order location click the Arrived at Location button.
