Turn Away
The following steps explain how to process a turn away of service during an active order in the Carter mobile app.
Once you have arrived at the location confirm a turn away of service then click on the Turn Away button.
Contact your account manager to inform them of the turn away. Once you have contacted then press Continue.
Add the reason for being turned away in the text box as well as the name of the store manager then press Finish.
Fill out all required fields on the Summary tab, including the Store Manager's signature, then press Accept.
- The order will now appear in My Work History.
