Delete An Order
The following steps explain how to delete an order.
Orders must be archived before they can be deleted from the system. Reference instructions on how to Archive An Order before attempting to delete an order.
Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
Click Orders in the administration menu on the left.
- Navigate to the Archived Orders tab.
Click on the archived order that you want to delete. On the Info tab at the bottom of the window click Delete.
Confirm you want to delete the order by clicking Yes.
The order is now deleted from Carter.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete an order. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
