Delete A Special Request

Delete Special Request

The following steps explain how to delete a special request. 

  1. Login to Carter App using your username and password.

  2. Click My Work Day in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Locate the order you want to edit special requests in and click on the order.

  4. Navigate to the Items tab. 
  5. Existing requests are displayed in the Special Requests window.
  6. Click on the special request to delete and click Remove.

  7. Confirm you want to delete the special request by clicking Remove.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete a special request. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
