Delete Special Request
The following steps explain how to delete a special request.
- Login to Carter App using your username and password.
- Click My Work Day in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the order you want to edit special requests in and click on the order.
- Navigate to the Items tab.
- Existing requests are displayed in the Special Requests window.
- Click on the special request to delete and click Remove.

Confirm you want to delete the special request by clicking Remove.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete a special request. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
