Edit Contact
The following steps explain how to edit an existing contact.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Contacts in the administration menu on the left.
- All contacts will be displayed in the Contacts table.
- Use the Search bar to locate specific contacts.
- Click on the contact to edit the contact Information, Categories, Events, and Notes.
- Click Save.
Only users with appropriate account permissions can view contacts. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
