Edit Contact

The following steps explain how to edit an existing contact.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Contacts in the administration menu on the left.

  3. All contacts will be displayed in the Contacts table. 
  4. Use the Search bar to locate specific contacts.

  5. Click on the contact to edit the contact Information, Categories, Events, and Notes.

  6. Click Save.

Only users with appropriate account permissions can view contacts. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
