Edit Contact Event
The following steps explain how to edit a contact event.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Contacts in the administration menu on the left.
- Find a contact by using the Search bar.
- Click on the desired contact and navigate to the Events tab.
- Existing events for this contact will be displayed under the Events field. Locate the event you want to edit and click Edit Event.
- Edit the Event Name, Event Time, Recurring schedule, or Event Description. Click Save to save changes.
Only users with appropriate account permissions can edit contact events. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
