Delete Contact Event

The following steps explain how to delete a contact event.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Contacts in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Locate the contact by using the Search bar.

  4. Click on the desired contact and navigate to the Events tab.

  5. Existing events for this contact will be displayed under the Events field. Locate the event you want to edit and click the X to delete the event.

Only users with appropriate account permissions can delete contact events. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
