Archive An Order


The following steps explain how to archive an order. 

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Orders in the administration menu on the left.


  3. Locate the order you want to archive and click on the order. At the bottom of the Info tab click Archive.


  4. Indicate a reason for archiving the order. Then click Archive.


  5. This order will now be found on the Archived Orders tab.


Only users with appropriate account permissions may archive an order. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
