Search Technician Feedback

The following steps explain how to search within technician feedback. 

1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

   

2. Click Technicians in the administration menu on the left.
3. Locate the technician whose notes you want to view by: 
   1. Entering the technician's name in the Search bar
   2. Scrolling through all technicians.
4. Click on the desired technician and navigate to the Feedback tab.
5. Use the Search bar to locate keywords or scroll through all of the technician feedback for that individual.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may search within technician feedback. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
