Delete Technician Feedback

The following steps explain how to delete technician feedback. 

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
  2. Click Technicians in the administration menu on the left.
  3. Locate the technician whose record you want to add a note to by: 
    1. Entering the technician's name in the Search bar
    2. Scrolling through all technicians.
  4. Click on the desired technician and navigate to the Feedback tab.
  5. Locate the specific feedback you want to delete by:
    1. Using the Search bar to locate keywords
    2. Scrolling through existing feedback
  6. Click on the X in the top right to delete the feedback message.
  7. Confirm you want to delete the feedback by clicking OK.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete technician feedback. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
