View A Specific Technician

The following steps explain how to view a specific technician.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Technicians in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the technician whose notes you want to view by:
- Entering the technician's name in the Search bar
- Scrolling through all technicians.
- Click on the desired technician to view technician information.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may view specific technicians. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
