View Technician Groups

The following steps explain how to view technician groups.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Technicians in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the technician whose notes you want to view by:
- Entering the technician's name in the Search bar
- Scrolling through all technicians.
- Click on the desired technician and navigate to the Pay Groups tab.
- All groups that the technician belongs to will be found under the Current Groups heading.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may view technician groups. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
