Edit Technician Group
Edit Technician Group

The following steps explain how to edit a technician's group.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Technicians in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the technician whose group you want to edit by:
- Entering the technician's name in the Search bar
- Scrolling through all technicians.
- Click on the desired technician and navigate to the Pay Groups tab.
- Select the group you want to edit (Add or Remove)
- Click Save.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may edit the technician group. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
