Delete Technician Notes

The following steps explain how to delete technician notes. 

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Technicians in the administration menu on the left.
  3. Locate the technician whose record you want to add a note to by: 
    1. Entering the technician's name in the Search bar
    2. Scrolling through all technicians.
  4. Click on the desired technician and navigate to the Notes tab.
  5. Locate the specific note you want to delete by:
    1. Using the Search bar to locate keywords
    2. Scrolling through existing feedback
  6. Click on the X in the top right to delete the note.
  7. Confirm you want to delete the feedback by clicking OK.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete technician notes. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
