The following steps explain how to edit a user.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Users in the administration menu on the left.


  3. Use the Search bar to locate the user you want to edit.


  4. Click on the user to edit information and click Save.


Only users with appropriate account permissions may edit a user. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
