Archive A User

The following steps explain how to archive a user.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Users in the administration menu on the left.
- Use the Search bar to locate the user you want to archive.
- Click on the user. At the bottom of the Information tab click Archive.
- The user will now be found on the Archived Users tab.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may archive a user. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
