 Archive A User

The following steps explain how to archive a user.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Users in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Use the Search bar to locate the user you want to archive.

  4. Click on the user. At the bottom of the Information tab click Archive.
  5. The user will now be found on the Archived Users tab.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may archive a user. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
