 Delete User

The following steps explain how to delete a user.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Users in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Navigate to the Archived Users tab.

  4. Use the Search bar to locate the user you wish to delete or scroll through the Archived Users table.

  5. Click on the user you want to delete.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the Information tab and click Delete.

  7. Confirm you want to delete the user by clicking OK.

  8. The user is now deleted.

Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete a user. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
