Delete User

The following steps explain how to delete a user.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Users in the administration menu on the left.
- Navigate to the Archived Users tab.
- Use the Search bar to locate the user you wish to delete or scroll through the Archived Users table.
- Click on the user you want to delete.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Information tab and click Delete.
- Confirm you want to delete the user by clicking OK.
- The user is now deleted.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may delete a user. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
