Edit A Product

The following steps explain how to edit product information.

1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

   

2. Click Products in the administration menu on the left.

   

3. Locate the product you want to edit by:
   1. Using the Search bar
   2. Scrolling through all products
4. Click on the product you want to edit.
5. If required, edit the product details on the Information tab in the applicable fields.

   

6. If required, edit product photos on the Photos tab by adding or deleting photos.

   

7. If required, edit the custom field information on the Custom Fields tab. To edit existing custom fields select them from the Custom Field dropdown.

   

8. Click Save.

   

Only users with appropriate account permissions can edit a product. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
