Unarchive A Product

The following steps explain how to unarchive a product.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Products in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Navigate to the Archived Products tab.

  4. Locate the product you want to unarchive by:
    1. Using the Search bar
    2. Scrolling through archived products
  5. Click on the desired product and scroll to the bottom of the Information tab and click Unarchive.

  6. This product will now be found under the Products tab.

Only users with appropriate account permissions can unarchive a product. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
