Delete A Product
The following steps explain how to delete a product.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Products in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the product you want to delete by:
- Using the Search bar
- Scrolling through available products
- Click on the product you want to delete and scroll to the bottom of the information tab and click Archive.
- Navigate to the Archived Products tab.
- Click on the recently archived product.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Information window and click Delete.
- Confirm you want to delete the product by clicking OK.
- The product is now deleted.
Only users with appropriate account permissions can delete a product. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
