Delete A Product

The following steps explain how to delete a product.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Products in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Locate the product you want to delete by:
    1. Using the Search bar
    2. Scrolling through available products
  4. Click on the product you want to delete and scroll to the bottom of the information tab and click Archive.

  5. Navigate to the Archived Products tab.

  6. Click on the recently archived product.

  7. Scroll to the bottom of the Information window and click Delete.

  8. Confirm you want to delete the product by clicking OK.

  9. The product is now deleted.

Only users with appropriate account permissions can delete a product. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
