Archive A Product
The following steps explain how to archive a product.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Products in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the product you want to archive by:
- Using the Search bar
- Scrolling through available products
- Click on the desired product and scroll to the bottom of the Information tab and click Archive.
- This product will now be found under the Archived Products tab.
Only users with appropriate account permissions can archive a product. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
