Archive A Product

The following steps explain how to archive a product.

  1. Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.

  2. Click Products in the administration menu on the left.

  3. Locate the product you want to archive by:
    1. Using the Search bar
    2. Scrolling through available products
  4. Click on the desired product and scroll to the bottom of the Information tab and click Archive.

  5. This product will now be found under the Archived Products tab.

Only users with appropriate account permissions can archive a product. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
