Edit Technician Information

The following steps explain how to edit technician information.
- Login to Carter CRM using your username and password.
- Click Technicians in the administration menu on the left.
- Locate the technician whose information you want to edit by:
- Entering the technician's name in the Search bar
- Scrolling through all technicians.
- Click on the desired technician and navigate to the Information tab.
- Modify desired information fields and click Save.
Only users with appropriate account permissions may edit technician information. If you are unable to complete this function please contact your Account Manager or Administrator.
